Design & Strategy

During the first week, our team will gather all essential information, including your brand identity and any upcoming events. Based on this, we’ll craft a unique email style and develop a content strategy to set you up for success.

Built out

My team will use the design concepts and strategies to build or optimize your core automated flows. If you already have flows in place, we’ll refine them based on our strategy. From there, we’ll make any final tweaks before launching.

Launch & Optimization

We’ll begin rolling out 3-4 email campaigns per week starting in week two. As flows are completed and approved, they’ll be launched as well. Over time, we’ll A/B test and optimize both campaigns and flows to ensure top performance.

How is Smirk different?

How does it work?

We offer full-scale email and sms marketing services. Meaning you don't have to do anything besides provide us with brand assets. You can be involved as much or as little as you please.

What tools do you use?

We primarily work with Klaviyo as our ESP, but can be flexible for smaller brands. We also leverage insights from Shopify and other 3rd party tools to gain the best insights on your brand.

Average time frame?

Every brand is different, but we like work on a specific model. Typically, the first week is brand discovery, collecting assets, & things of that nature. After that we start flow setups & deliver within the first 30-45 days, and start campaigns within 2 weeks of onboarding.
